Warranty Policy

APRO Co., Ltd. devote ourselves to deliver top quality products and guarantee to undergo very rigorous final quality control before delivery. In the event that any product defect or nonconformity occurred with respect to the product, APRO will provide product repair within the warranty period according to this agreement.

1. Warranty Terms

(1). DOA product (Defect On Arrival) Defect occurs within 50 days upon the invoice date.
(2). RMA product in Warranty Period: Defect occurs after 50 days of the invoice date and before the warranty has expired.
(3). RMA product out of Warranty Period: Defect occurs after the warranty has expired.
(4). The following conditions are not covered under this warranty:
A. Misuse of the Product, negligence, natural disasters ( such as floods, conflagrations, earthquakes, lightning, and typhoons,...etc..) , violent action on products (such as bumping and hammering,...etc..) , power supply problems, improper installations and modifications (personal repair or disassembly) without the authorization of APRO, the label with APRO product information or the warranty label are manually damaged, missing or altered by the user; the serial number has been torn or removed.
B. Any Issues concerning product compatibility.
C. Any damage caused by a computer virus.
D. Any damage caused by physical, electronic, electromagnetic pressure and interference, unstable or misused power supply, lightning and static electricity, flame or other acts of God, etc.
E. Any damage caused by exposure to improper environments for the specified device, such as high temperature, high humidity, etc.
F. Any damage caused by mishandling during transportation to APRO for repair.
G. Non-APRO branded products.
H. Accessories, packing materials, consumables and others excluded from the service for the respected product.
I. Any damage caused by any researching or developing (R&D) usage or engineering test and examination.

2. Warranty Period

Products shall be manufactured pursuant to APRO’s standard manufacturing variations and tolerances. The warranty is only granted to the direct buyers having procured the products from APRO Co., Ltd., or authorized distributors. The warranty is non-transferrable. The warranty period shall begin since the invoice date. If the delivery of products is delayed for reasons beyond APRO’s control, the warranty period shall start after notification of readiness for delivery. Save as expressly provided otherwise, the warranty period (period of guarantee) is defined as follows:

3. RMA Procedure

4. DOA Policy

(1). All APRO manufactured products are under DOA “Defect On Arrival” policy within 50 days since the invoice date.
(2). This does not apply to any products that have been repaired, misused or any other improper actions that lead to malfunction on the customer site.
(3). DOA products must be returned in the original condition for the replacement.
(4). APRO will provide a replacement product to the customer timely after APRO receive the DOA product. However, after verifying the defective product is beyond the DOA period, and it will be only be repaired under the terms of the APRO warranty period.

5. RMA product out of Warranty Period

After inspection, the APRO RMA Team will provide a Quotation for the product out of the Warranty Period. If the customer agrees with the repairing fee, then APRO Sales will send a P/I (Proforma Invoice) for the customer's further confirmation.

EXCEPT AS SET FORTH IN THE EXPRESS WARRANTY WITH THE PRODUCT, THE PURCHASER TAKES THE PRODUCT “AS IS”, AND APRO MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MERCHANTABILITY OF THE PRODUCT OR ITS FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR USE; THE DESIGN, CONDITION OR QUALITY OF THE PRODUCT; THE PERFORMANCE OF THE PRODUCT; THE WORKMANSHIP OF THE PRODUCT OR THE COMPONENTS CONTAINED THEREIN; OR COMPLIANCE OF THE PRODUCT WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF ANY LAW, RULE, SPECIFICATION OR CONTRACT PERTAINING THERETO. NOTHING CONTAINED IN THE DATASHEET AND OR PRODUCT INFORMATION STATED ON APRO WEBSITE SHALL BE CONSTRUED TO CREATE AN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER CONCERNING THE PRODUCT. ALSO, APRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM THE PURCHASE OR USE OF THE PRODUCT OR ARISING FROM THE BREACH OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF ANTICIPATED PROFITS OR BENEFITS.
