Technical Direct Support
            APRO engineering team's expertise is the one thing we are very proud of. Unless it's a compatibility issue between the
            customer's system and APRO's storage, we can solve nearly 90% of customers' technical issues. APRO may even
            contact the end users and help resolve technical issues directly upon the distributors' permission. Our support for the
            end users will only stay on technical issues. If any end user inquiries with APRO privately, we will pass the inquiry back
            to our distributors without a second thought. Many of our distributors are very fond of this method. Maybe we are not
            able to resolve the technical issue in short time, but APRO Engineer Team sets a target to reply within 24 Hours during
            weekdays.

            RMA Service under Warranty Policy
            The customer may request RMA Application Form via rma@apro-tw.com. In the RMA application form, the customer
            has to include the Invoice Number and product identification information, including Part Number, and Lot Number or
            Serial Number with the description of the problem the customer has encountered. If the warranty period expires, the
            customer has to pay for two-way shipping freight. After we inspect the defective products, we will quote the repairing
            fee immediately to get the permission for repairing.

            Warranty Period
            The period of Warranty is defined as follows:
            - SLC products, standard grade (0°C~70°C), support 3 years or Erasing Counts within 60,000 times.
            - SLC products, industrial grade (-40°C~+85°C), support 5 years or Erasing Counts within 60,000 times.
            - aSLC products support 2 years or Erasing Counts within 20,000 times.
            - MLC products support 2 years or Erasing Counts within 3,000 times.
            - 3D NAND products support 2 years or Erasing Counts within 3,000 times.
            - Adapters and Card-Readers support 1 year
            - Consumer products support 1 year
            - Industrial DRAM Modules support 5 years
