In order to return any item for repair, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be assigned by APRO. Customers need to provide the following information, before an RMA will be issued:
1. Customer name
2. Part Number (Model Name)
3. Quantity
4. Reference Number (Lot Number or Series Number)
5. Defect description
6. Contact person
7. Email address or telephone number
8. Shipping address
