  RMA REQUEST

In order to return any item for repair, an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be assigned by APRO. Customers need to provide the following information, before an RMA will be issued:

1. Customer name
2. Part Number (Model Name)
3.
Quantity
4. Reference Number (Lot Number or Series Number)
5. Defect description
6. Contact person
7. Email address or telephone number
8. Shipping address

The description of the defect needs to be clear and complete in order for APRO to address the problem according to customer expectations. Without a clear description, APRO can only provide a basic test for the returned products.
