APRO doesn't provide pricing information on line. If customers would like to purchase APRO products in the most efficient way, please read carefully below ordering information.

Ordering Procedure

Sending an Inquiry > Placing a PO (Purchasing Order) > Confirming PI (Pro-forma Invoice) >Payment > Delivery

How do I get the price and delivery information?

There are 3 methods for you to send an inquiry to APRO. We will reply to your inquiry within few hours.

1. Send an inquiry online. Before sending an inquiry on line, you have to register on www.apro-tw.com
2. Send an inquiry e-mail to sales@apro-tw.com
3. Send an inquiry to Fax No.: 886-2-2929 0307

Placing a Purchasing Order (PO)

You may place a PO through below 2 ways.

1. Placing a PO per e-mail to sales@apro-tw.com
2. Placing a PO per fax no.: +886-2-2929 0307

After we receive your PO, APRO Sales will issue a PI (Pro-forma Invoice) and send it for your confirmation.

Excepting customers in Taiwan, any international customers are responsible for paying the goods, shipping, insurance costs and your country's import duties and taxes.

PI Confirmation

When you revive the PI, please check the part number, quantity, unit price, shipping method, shipping charge, sales tax, total amount and estimated delivery date (or lead time). Please also read carefully about APRO's response to your Special Instructions & Comments in your order. 

If you have no more question about the PI, please sign your name on the PI and send it back to Fax No. : +886-2-2929 0307 or you may scan the confirmed PI and send it in JPG file to sales@apro-tw.com to complete the PO confirmation.

Please Note: Without receiving confirmed PI from you, APRO won't proceed internal order process.
